Fast Weight Lost

Schedule "cheats". Fast and easy weight lost.  Every week, I give myself one no-no meal like a burger and small fries from Wendy's. These treats ward off cravings, so I can stay on track over the long haul. Strike a sweet deal  I enjoy something sweet — usually a Weight Lost Watchers Cookies & Cream Ice Cream Bar — every night after dinner. It's my little signal that I am finished.

Log your food  I'm less tempted to dive into a bag of chips when I know I'm going to have to face facts and write it down later. Then: 156 lbs. Now: 122 lbs. Fast Weight Lost: 34 lbs. Time It Took: Five months. Adopt new habits  I used to start snacking as soon as I got home from work. Now, I change and head right back out for a quick run. Don't be drastic  Remember, not everything has to be fat-free. I still enjoy regular foods — I just eat less.

Have someone on your side  My wife's support was invaluable. She kept reminding me that every pound lost was a victory. Then: 335 lbs. Now: 205 lbs. Fast Weight Lost: 130 lbs. Time It Took: Three Years. Find a good cause  Participate In charity events. You get to exercise and help others — all at the same time.

Cherish your victories.  Whenever I'm tempted to dip Into the cookie jar, I take a moment to run through recent triumphs in my head. This positive replay always keeps me on track. Change your perspective  To function optimally, your body needs top-quality fuel. This rationale prompts me to meko smart food choices.
Then: 220 lbs. Now: 168 lbs. Fast Weight Lost: 52 lbs. Time It Took: 12 months.

Think big  I like to see hearty helpings — so I stuff my cereal and yogurt into one mug. Small containers make servings look more satisfying. Make trade-offs  I've learned to negotiate with myself. For example, if I want chili, I limit myself to one beer.

Sneak in exercise  When I don't have time for a workout, I slip in extra activity, like carrying groceries indoors one bag at a time. Then: 255 lbs. Now: 135 lbs. Fast Weight Lost: 120 lbs. Time It Took: 17 months.

Have things your way  Don't be afraid to customize your meals when dining out — ask for cottage cheese or a salad instead of fries.Mix it up  Exercising the same way every day can be monotonous, so I do what appeals to me. For instance, if the weather's sunny one day, I'll go out and ride my bike. Taste test  Give healthful foods a chance. My current favorites, salmon and leafy greens, are things I shunned for years.
Then: 413 lbs. Now: 217 lbs. Weight Lost: 196 lbs. Time It Took: Two Years.
