Quickest Way To Lose Belly Fat. How They Did It.

Whats the fastest way to lose belly fat? Well, my parents fought a lot when I was young. It was a tough time for me, so I'd escape to my best friend's house whenever I could. Her mother made the best fudge and chocolate cakes, and these treats made me feel better. As I got older, I added fast food to this soothing list, and by high school I was 5'6" and 200 pounds. Time marched on, and I got married in 1997. Two pregnancies later, I'd gained another 20 pounds. After my second child was born, I halfheartedly joined Weight Loss Watchers in an attempt to slim down.

MY LIGHTBULB MOMENT  My husband, a triathlete, is an amazing man. A month after I joined Weight LossWatchers to get effective way of losing fat, I attended one of his races. At the event, I overheard a woman say, "Wow, he's really hot." Then there was me — frumpy and flabby. Instantly, I felt ashamed. At that moment I decided my husband should be with somebody fit. I vowed to get more serious about Weight Watchers and my physical fitness. I started training for my own triathlon the next day.

HOW I DID IT AND GOT QUICKEST WAY TO LOSE BELLY FAT  The first time I ran I couldn't even make it to my own mailbox. I was so out of shape, I had to measure my distance by fixtures on my block — a neighbor's mailbox or the next stop sign. Those first few weeks were the hardest, but I couldn't have done it without my husband. He was always there to cheer me on.
My new efforts also made me take more serious stock of my food. Honey-roasted peanuts were my biggest weakness — I'd eat an entire jar. I ditched the nuts (along with a lot of other favorites) and opted for smarter choices like green grapes and low-fat graham crackers instead. Three months after my start date, I ran my first 5K — and within a year I'd lost 50 pounds. I've kept the weight off for eight months. I'm finally the kind of mom and wife I've always longed to be.

MY STORY OF HOW I FOUND NATURAL WAY TO LOSE MY BELLY FAT I was raised in a big family, surrounded by athletic brothers who ate incredible amounts of food. Unlike them, I wasn't active in the least, and all those high-cal meals stuck to me like glue. When I was 14, my pediatrician glared at my mother and said, "She's 180 pounds. What are you going to do?" While my mother threw her hands up, I was wiser. I knew my looks were a strike against me — and I wasn't about to let my personality be, too. I sharpened my wit enough to be accepted in our small-town high school. But in college I discovered the cruel consequences of being heavy. I'd walk through the dining hall to a chorus of moos. Being avoided like a bad rash, I turned to a radical diet of popcorn and Diet Coke to slim down. It worked. I dropped 100 pounds in nine months. Afterward, people would tell me how great I looked — but I'd never felt worse. I had regular dizzy spells and heart palpitations. Despite this, I continued starving myself for three years. When I stopped, my 5'5" frame ballooned out to 270 pounds within a year.

THE LAST STRAW  Somehow, I made peace with my larger size, and the years flew by. Then I turned 29, and my mother died of a heart attack. I became depressed and started suffering from chest pains brought on by stress. My life felt like it was spiraling out of control. Around that time, I saw my sister-in-law at a family event, and she mentioned she was on Weight Loss Watchers, Natural Way I could see she'd modified her diet but hadn't made huge sacrifices. Something about her spirit that day gave me hope, and I went to a Weight Loss Watchers meeting the next week.

HOW I DID IT WITH QUICK WAY TO LOSE STOMACH FAT  Initially, I felt overwhelmed by the length of the process. As much as I wanted to develop healthy eating habits, I was terrified I wouldn't last. To keep myself going and chart my progress, I created Excel graphs on my computer. Soon, I got into a groove. I started tracking my points and weighing and measuring my food — even my four ounces of wine at night! And I began losing a steady 1? pounds a week. That was six years ago, and I'm now 120 pounds lighter. Today, I know how it feels to be on both sides, and there's just no comparison.
